What To Bring

Sequoyah State Park is located between the towns of Hulbert (population 492) and Wagoner (population 8,132).  Hulbert is a very very small town, you will find the closest full grocery store and Walmart in Wagoner.  Go to Wagoner for all of your last minute shopping and fast food needs.  

 

If you plan to arrange your stay in the air-conditioned lodge or at an RV hook-up, simply pack your suitcase/things as usual. 

However, if you plan to stay in the Group Camp Cabins, please use the following list as a helpful tool:  

 

• Personal toletries, towels, swimsuit, clothes etc
• Bedding for twin size mattress; pillow, blanket and twin sized sheets
• Your personal medication.  If you need medical assistance, please call 911.

You may also bring:

 

• Fans
• Ice chests for your cabin filled with ice, drinks and snacks (the dining hall will have a commercial icemaker with ice available for you).  Please bring your first round or two of ice as we will need the dining hall ice for group meals etc.
